They also go into the indispensable details of the documents of real estate wholesaling, which most books ignore for some reason. Most books skim over the basic highlights, just giving you enough to be a sufficient book. This book actually gives you enough info to start your own real estate wholesaling business!I'm giving this book five stars because of everything above and because I can't think of anything of value that they missed, or didn't get into enough. No book can cover everything in this field but if you're interested in this field, you should start here and then grow outwards in knowledge and experience.FYI, take a lot of notes! Make documents that you can refer to, expand, and modify, based off what's in this book and you'll be off to a much better start than the vast majority.

Author explains processes thoroughly in an easy to understand concept. Author gives great advice as well. Not overloaded with what I call "story time" that takes up so much space.
